3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For securing a charter reservation, you are required to:

  • Be of minimum age 18 years

  • Remit the necessary advance payment detailed in the booking confirmation

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is only guaranteed upon payment receipt and issuance of our written acknowledgement. We maintain the privilege to decline services to any individual at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is subject to vessel accessibility and optimal weather conditions. Every endeavor will be taken to meet your preferred schedule.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed charges are denominated in € and cover applicable taxes except stated otherwise. Prices are variable and may change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter is payable upon booking
  • Final payment: Required 48 hours before the charter sets sail
  • Additional fees (if any): Payable upon completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards, electronic funds transfer, and bank-certified cheques. We ensure payment processing through secured, encrypted methodologies.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Greater than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement less transaction fees
  • 24-72 hours prior to departure: Refund of 50%
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the captain classify weather conditions as hazardous, we will propose to:

  • Arrange an alternate date for your charter without additional costs
  • Offer a full refund where rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the event of mechanical malfunctions with the assigned vessel, our efforts will be directed towards providing a comparable alternative. If no suitable alternative is available, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to all instructions given by the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear as necessary
  • Disclose any health conditions that may impede their safety
  • Stay within allowed areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are prohibited on board, namely:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or any form of weapon
  • Excess non-alcoholic drinks that exceed reasonable quantity for personal consumption
  • Pets (unless prior authorization has been granted)

6.3 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful at all times. We retain the right to end a charter prematurely with no refund in the instance where a guest's conduct is deemed to compromise safety or disrupt the experience for others.

  • Theft or damage to personal belongings
