What does a typical boat rental include?
Each rental comes with a trained crew, necessary safety gear, fuel costs, and standard drinks. Different packages vary – for example, sunset tours come with gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, whereas business rentals might offer meeting facilities and corporate catering choices.
How much lead time do I need for a booking?
To secure your booking, we advise doing so 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during the high season from May to September. For business events or special occasions, reserving 4–6 weeks prior can ensure better availability and give more time for any personalized arrangements.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our priority. Should our captain determine the weather is unsafe, we will propose a new date for the rental or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will reach out 24 hours before your scheduled departure if there are concerns about the conditions.
Am I allowed to bring food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and drinks aboard. We also provide exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. Please take note, for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do you provide yachts that are accessible for individuals with disabilities?
We make efforts to accommodate every guest. Some of our boats are more suited to those with disabilities than others. Get in touch with our booking team to discuss particular requirements, and we'll suggest the most appropriate boat and make any needed preparations.
What is the policy on cancellations?
If you cancel with more than 72 hours' notice before the departure, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24 to 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before departure won’t be refunded unless caused by unsafe weather or mechanical faults on our part.
